We developed SIP Academy for the Pernod Ricard SIP Project, a structured training program designed specifically for bartenders, featuring four progressive levels: S1, S2, S3, S4/S4+, covering everything from fundamentals to advanced mixology. The project includes curriculum and lesson design, offering a structured learning pathway, mini program and UI design, ensuring an intuitive digital learning experience, video production, providing high-quality instructional content for immersive education, online assessments, enabling real-time knowledge reinforcement, and certificate design, offering professional accreditation to support career growth. SIP Academy aims to cultivate skilled bartenders through a comprehensive learning system powered by digital innovation and expert-driven education.
